Delivery
& Postage
We despatch
all items within 24 hours upon receipt of payment Monday – Friday. Items are dispatched first class. Due to the nature of Online Retailing and
delays from royal mail it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date for your
order. However we would expect you to
receive your order within 2-3 working days in the UK. If you have not received your
order within 7 days please contact us as it is possible the item has been lost
in the post.
Small
orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail first class postage service. For larger orders we use a courier service
(usually DHL).
Payment
Options
Paypal – It is now possible to order using funds from your paypal
account.
Credit Card - We accept all major credit cards, mastercard,
visa etc. Although we use Paypal as our payment gateway, you do
not need a paypal account to pay with a credit card.
Unfortunately we do not currently accept offline payment
methods such as cheque, cash or postal orders.
Returns
Policy
We are sure
you will be very happy with your item(s). However, we offer a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee on
all products.
Refunds
You are entitled to return
your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund (minus postage costs).
Please follow the procedures:
- Please email us within 7 days from receipt
of your item(s) to Returns@Cosmeticsfever.com.
- We will email you back to provide you with
our full returns address.
- Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you
to acknowledge receipt of item(s). We will inspect the item(s) and
issue you a full refund of the purchase amount minus postage
costs. We will email you again to confirm refund.
- You are responsible for the costs of returning
the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for an item(s)
lost in the post when you return it to us so we would recommend
you return it by recorded delivery.
- In order to be eligible for a full refund the
item must be in its original condition and unopened unless damaged.

Faulty / Damaged
Item(s)
We check all item(s)
prior to despatch for any damage/faults. However, if you have received an
item(s) that is damaged/faulty, please follow the exchange procedure. We
will pay for all postage costs.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT
WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE / REFUND AN ITEM IF YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED US WITHIN
7 DAYS OF RECEIPT SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEM(S) IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.

Availability
All product prices
are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. All
products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your
order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund
for the unavailable product(s). We
reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order.
Authenticity
We Guarantee all items are 100% authentic and sourced from UK suppliers. Therefore all items are the same as you would
find on the UK high street. We
do not sell items intended for sale in other countries.

Privacy
We do not pass your details on to any 3rd party
companies. We may send you promotional
emails detailing our latest products and special offers. If you wish to be removed from this mailing
