Are your products all genuine?

Yes.  All are items are identical to High Street stores.  In fact most are probably sourced from the same supplier.  We do not sell copies or fakes.  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If your not satisfied then you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund 

What if the product I want is not currently in your shop?

Due to the amount of Perfumes currently on the market we do not currently stock every perfume.  However if there’s something your looking for whether it be a different size of a existing product or a completely new product please let us know and we will get it for you.

How can you sell them so much cheaper than the shops?

The main reason is we do not face the running costs of shops as we are an internet only store.  Also we can buy in large quantities meaning we can offer the products cheaper than anyone else. 

Do you ship outside Europe?

No.  We currently only ship to the UK and most EU countries.  However due local laws it is not possible to ship to Italy or Germany

Can I pay by cheque / postal order?

No.  Currently we only accept online payments.

How can I place an order?

The order process is quite straight forward.  Simply search for the product you want and then click add to basket.  If you want to add other items then you can keep shopping if not go to the checkout.  You will be guided through the payment system.  Currently we use paypal system but you can pay with any major debit/credit card and do not require a paypal account.
